NOTICE OF CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING
TO CONSIDER UPDATES TO
TOWNSHIP MINERAL EXTRACTION ORDINANCE 8
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of San Francisco Township will continue the public hearing held May 18th at 7:00PM, on Thursday, June 11, 2020. Hearing to be held at the San Francisco township hall, 17380 Homestead Rd, Carver, Minnesota, according to MN state statute 145A.05 and 375.51, to hear public comment on the proposed updates to township Ordinance 8 regarding Mineral Extraction.
Because of Covid-19 guidelines attendance at the town hall is limited to 8 people. Residents will all get a turn to be heard by the board on a rotating basis. Letters and comments received will be read aloud.
A copy of the ordinance and the proposed updates is available for inspection on the township website: www.SanFranciscoTownship.com/Ordinances. Meeting will be available to watch on Zoom. Information available on website. Comments from Zoom participants may or may not be heard.
All interested persons may appear at the public hearing and present their views orally or submit them to the clerk in writing.
