SAN FRANCISCO TOWNSHIP, CARVER COUNTY, MINNESOTA
NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special town meeting will be held on November 15, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the San Francisco Town Hall, 17380 Homestead Road, Carver, MN 55315.
The purpose of the meeting is to request the town electors to adopt a resolution to exercise their authority under Minnesota Statutes, section 365.10, subdivisions 1a, 3, 13 and 17 to authorize the Town Board to establish a pound and to adopt regulations related to animals running at large, including the establishment of penalties and fees. This is a special meeting of the town electors held for this particular purpose only. No other town business will be discussed.
