NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the San Francisco Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on November 19, 2014, at 6:00 p.m., at the Church on the River, 109 Main St. E., Carver, MN for the purpose of hearing, considering, and making a recommendation regarding the application submitted by Chard Tilling & Excavating, Inc. to amend the Town’s Mineral Extraction Ordinance. The proposed amendments relate to hours of operation, limits on the number of haul trucks per hour, and the types of materials allowed to be processed. A copy of the application is posted on the Town’s website (link below). Interested persons are encouraged to attend the hearing or to submit written comments to the Town Clerk prior to the hearing.
